dance enthusiasts or vendors who agree in adhering to RpMerleon conditions of
use as follows:
1. Dance Classes
All dance classes are strictly based on time booking schedule so be punctual. RpMerleon reserves the right:
- to allow 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of private lesson, otherwise fee will be levied;
- to forfeit fees for group classes after a lapse of 1 month's absence from date of payment;
- not to commence any group classes if the minimum number of participants is not achieved;
- not to entertain request for make-up lesson, postponement of class or fee refund once group class start date is confirmed or commenced;
- to re-schedule classes.
2. All products & services made and sold by RpMerleon are to be used at your own risk and are non returnable nor refundable. By purchasing products/services either made by or sold by RpMerleon you agree not to hold RpMerleon or any of the company owners, employees, or family members liable for any damage to any equipment or property of yours or otherwise, any injury to persons, any loss of data, or any loss of money or income.
3. Intellectual Property - Copyright
You shall not use any information provided or obtained from this website, whether wholly or partly, in any document or circular, statement or correspondence or otherwise cause the same to be published or reproduced in any way. Neither the whole nor any part of this website or any reference to it may be included in any document, circular, statement, correspondence nor published or reproduced in any way unless with RpMerleon written permission, dully signed. 6. DanceSport Photos - Sellers
RpMerleon welcomes other works from Photographers but only submit photos you took by yourself, except when you are acting as an agent for the photographer of which a proof of your agreement with the photographer may
be required. It is illegal to submit any pictures originating from other or unknown sources as your own work. Photographers can only submit photos taken at the dance competitions where competitors pay entry fees to dance and therefore agree to be photographed. In such cases it is not necessary for you (the photographer) to obtain permission from the dancers to sell the photos you took. If you photograph the dancers in a studio, privately or beyond the competition floor you may have to obtain a "model release" from them before submitting your pictures to the RpMerleon Internet Shop. By submitting your photos you give RpMerleon permission to make copies of your picture files for the purpose of presenting them to the potential buyers. When a customer orders a print of your picture, you will be requested to send that print directly to the customer address. On successful sale a commission of 30% will be deducted from the proceedings and the remaining 70% will be paid to you (the photographer) quarterly (namely by 31 Mar, 30 Jun, 30 Sep, 31 Dec).

RpMerleon or any of its company owners, employees, family members, agents or representatives disclaims all responsibility and accepts no liability to any other person(s) or party should any information provided or obtained from this website be used by any such person(s) or party or for any purpose(s) whatsoever, whether authorised or unauthorised. RpMerleon or any of its company owners, employees, family members, agents or representatives disclaims all responsibility and accepts no liability if the information is proven wrong, inaccurate, invalid or otherwise incorrect.

Local dancers who do not want their photos to appear on RpMerleon website shall not view photos of other local dancers. RpMerleon or any of its company owners, employees, family members, agents or representatives shall be entitled, in its sole discretion, to bar any party from obtaining any access to information to this website and RpMerleon or any of its company owners, employees, family members, agents or representatives shall not in any way be liable to you or any third party for any termination of access to the website or anything related thereto. Customers who have signed up at RpMerleon iShop shall not release any allocated user-ID or password to any person and are solely accountable for the use thereof.
13. RpMerleon or any of its company owners, employees, family members, agents or representatives makes no warranty that this website will meet your requirements or that this website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
