RpMerleon's Students Scored Double Champions! - 30 Jun 2007

News Summary:

At today's DanceSport Championship held in Orchid Country Club, WeiLi & Madeleine did RpMerleon Studios proud by winning double Pre-Beginner Champion titles!

Chen Wei Li & Madeleine Woo won 1st in Pre-Beginner (PB) Slow Foxtrot, 1st in PB Quickstep, 3rd in PB Waltz and 5th for PB Tango. It was only their second try at competing in year 2007 & what a surprise haul!

Robin Chee/Senior Trainer also had the honor of being one of the invited judges for today's competition.

News Content:

Kenneth Boh & Theresa Ng taking part for the first time in Pre-Beginner events also did us proud by coming in 4th for Slow Foxtrot, 5th in Tango, 5th in Quickstep, 7th in Waltz, 4th in Cha Cha, 5th in Rumba and 3rd for Samba & Jive.

Not to mention the fabulous turnout from RpMerleon's staunch supporters.
