Diamant State Of The Art Dance Shoes Manufacturing Process

Diamant manufactures top class shoes since 1873 with the experience of four generations. Specializing in shoes for DanceSport since 1975, it offers the widest range of dance shoes world-wide.

Diamant employs only the most modern machines & technology and are made in Germany only. Diamant shoes are characterized by excellent craftsmanship, perfect fit, high-quality materials and above average durability. Men's shoes have an arch pad added to each insole, providing extreme stabilily while the whole of the ladies' shoes are fully padded with comfort insoles.

Using a quick and safe push-button clasp which are fantastic for ladies with perfectly manicured nails. Due to its quality, durability & attractive price, Diamant dance shoes have found world-wide reputation among social dancers, competitors & professionals alike. RpMerleon is Diamant's appointed Sole Distributor for South East Asia Countries.

1. Diamant Head Quarters large dance shoe factory @ Germany.	1. At Diamant CAD-position new shoe models are developed and improved upon until the perfect fit has been achieved which our shoes are known for.	2. Leather & lining are cut on a CAD computer, directly transfer each new developed/improved model into production. Shortening reaction time to customers� requests & new trends.
3. Highly skilled and experienced staff sew individual parts with precision.	4. Standard parts today are handled by automated sewing machines.	5. The sewn uppers are pulled over the last.
6. Depending on the model, the pulling over is carried out either by hand (see picture) or by microprocessor controlled machines.	7. After the heel seat lasting all parts of the uppper are joined to the insole which is essential to the stability of the shoe.	8. Unevennesses at shoe bottoms are levelled out, the leather is roughened and coated/cemented with mostly solvent-free glue to protect workers & the environment.
9. Heels are nailed and screwed to the insole hydraulically.	10. After the outer soles have been glued on, the shoes are almost finished.	11. Inserting the insole adds the final component to the shoes.
12. In order to save space the shoe cartons are assembled just before the packing and labelled. This is done semi-automatically by a labelling machine.	13. At Diamant "Finish" the shoes get the final touch. They will once again be checked thoroughly and can be packed.	14. After packing, the shoes are transferred to Diamant warehouse or shipped to Sole Distributors like RpMerleon (for South East Asia Countries) or Dealers immediately, where they will be available for you.
