Credit Card
We accept credit card payment in US$ through Paypal, one of world's most secure, convenient, and cost-effective on-line payment method, having won the 2002 SIIA Codie Awards for the Best eCommerce Solution. RpMerleon never keeps any customer's credit card information in our database.
Company or Personal Cheque/Check
We accept company or personal cheque/check in Singapore (SGD) currencies only. The cheque/check should be crossed out to RpMerleon Studios and sent out immediately after placing your iShop web order. Customers wanting to self-collect from RpMerleon
Studio please state clearly in your order's comment text box and write out a cheque minus the shipping charges. The shipping charges will be subsequently removed from your order upon cashing of your cheque.
Bank Draft
We accept bank draft from any country but denominated in SG Dollars only. Customers from the following countries please approach your bank and purchase a bank draft made out to RpMerleon Studios and send out immediately after placing your iShop web order: Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan & China.

Shipping
Shipping of goods will commence only after payment is successfully completed. Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of each order and the distance to where it is being delivered to. Once your payment is received, RpMerleon will make all attempts to ship out your order immediately and you can expect package arrival within 14 days, excluding weekends & USA deliveries due to the heightened security checks. Do expect longer delivery time for shoe orders (6-8 weeks), orders received during festive period eg. Dec to Jan or back orders (no ready stock). China, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, HongKong, Australia, Japan or New Zealand = S$13 or US$7.80 or £4.70;
Countries in Africa, USA, UK, Europe or Middle East = S$16 or US$9.6 or £5.75
No returns will be entertained for any merchandise as they are all checked & tested before shipping to ensure top quality product. Same for photographs as each is individually catered, printed on ultrachrome archival pigment ink that is water-resistance & fade resistance, last up to decades, longer than many lab printed photos.
